Some processors, part of Intel’s Atom Clover Tail line, aren’t compatible with the Windows 10 Creators Update, so users can’t update the OS to the latest version. The cause of incompatibility is still unknown.
Acer confirmed that 4 Clover Trail processors aren’t supported by the Windows 10 Creators Update: Atom Z2760, Atom Z2520, Atom Z2560, and Atom Z2580. Companies are working to address this incompatibility. If users have already installed Creators Update, they can use Windows 10 recovery options to restore system to the previous build.
